Continuing with the old figures, this one is made from a 2000X Skeletor with a modified head, and ribs from a Halloween figurine, the bandages are Apoxy, the cape is made out of thin vinyl, and the skeleton was painted with a mix of white and glow in the dark paint.
The weapon was entirely build from scratch.
