Basically I just took the standard DKR Bane and had started to just replace the arms with WWE arms as I had done before but this time I wanted to take the other turn and go for the look from the final conflict on the courthouse steps. The arms are held in place using thumbtack (plastic removed). The pegs are small glue stick cut into cylinders taking the place of the peg and then the thumbtack holds everything together.
