This is my first black wash and felt fabrication. I picked this figure up at a local flea market for the sole purpose of practicing new techniques. I'll admit the blue doesn't showcase my black-wash as much as I had hoped it would; but I still like the end result.
I painted with TesTors Glossy Acrylic paint. The black-wash was done with Liquitex Acrylic. I dry brushed on the blue. This is also the first "flesh" paint I've dealt with; it wasn't so easy. Maybe it had to do with the facial damage of the base.
The cape was not with the figure at the time of purchase so I picked up a $.29 sheet of felt. It was easy to manipulate to get the wind factor.
