The femme fatale of the Fatal Five, she was the most fun to make cause she is lots of shades of green and has the sparkling gems on the outfit. She started out as Dove, with a Supergirl head, ML Storm arms and hands, and a DCUC cape. The jewels I got at Michael's arts and crafts and some dollar store set. The eyeball is a ping pong ball with some painted energy lines from a White Lantern Flash for the energy effect.
