I loved the early years of Image comics and always had a soft spot for Youngbloods character Shaft. (supposedly he was a concept for Speedy in a Teen Titans storyline Rob Liefeld was going to do) I love archer characters so this was a fun one for me. I need to add another coat of white to cover up some of the pinkish hue, but other than that, I'm pretty happy with him.

Nicely done. If you wanted to be 100% comic accurate you could've used a head that was way too small, lol. (sorry, can't help taking shots and Leifeld whenever possible).

He's a complicated man, and no one understands him but his woman...WAIT, wrong Shaft! Great job on this! The lines are really straight and have nice edges. I can kinda see a little pink in some areas, but for a white paint job over red this is fantastic! The gold looks really nice, and the head is perfect.

Thanks! Ya, I actually painted the white on after using the same brush on the red and apparently didn't notice that not all the red washed off. Oops!
