Peter van Zante, a soldier wounded in battle, was treated with experimental radiation out at sea. A lightning strike destroyed the machine, but of course gave him the power to control water. He then proceeded to become a Ghost Rider villain. He's been a member of the Masters of Evil, and the Forces of Nature. He changed his name to Aquaduct in, I believe, the mid 90s. And last thing I know about him is he was a member of the Initiative's Oregon Team. So, the figure. Had to mix and match parts from whatever I had left, but I made it work. Sculpted the upper portion of the boots. The head sits a little higher than I would like, but it the lower it went it was proving difficult to work with. I kinda like how he came out in the end, though. Orange is getting a little easier to work with.
