Also known as Broken Tusk. This is my all-time favorite Predator and since there has never been a figure of him (the closest thing is Kenner's Cracked Tusk Predator which looks NOTHING like him) I figured I'd make my own. If you like AVP and you've never heard of this Predator, you should find the novel AVP: Prey or the original AVP comic (which is the comic adaption; it's easiest to get in the AVP Omnibus Volume 1 which also includes it's sequel AVP: War).
This figure was made from two Kenner Predators (both of which were broken). The head and mask came from the Renegade Predator and the body is from the Stalker Predator which bore a lot of similarities to the armor design Dachande wore in the comic adaption. There are some details that are off, but it's close enough for me. I used several different covers from the comics for reference while I painted him (because the covers were much more detailed than the artwork in the comic itself). The Stalker Pred's body was somewhat hard to paint given it's small size and the fact that it was only one color as Kenner hardly took the time to paint the small details to make their figures more realistic. I simply touched up the paint job in most places because it was close to Dachande 's armor. The mask was completely repainted as was the head sculpt from Renegade. Painted using Citadel Paints.
