Custom Marvel Legends DCU style DEAD or ALIVE DOA Kasumi Ninja 6 to 6.5 INCH 1:12th Scale Action Figure.
Version 2 Classic Original Blue and White Costume

Fully poseable with double jointed arms and knees, swivel wrists, swivel arms and thighs, swivel ball jointed waist, ball jointed shoulders and hips and more. I added the short sword since she uses it in the game. She is about to take on Baraka, Night Wolf and Scorpion with it.

She was my favorite character to use in the DEAD or ALIVE game besides TINA.
I think she also appeared in NINJA GAIDEN with HAYABUSA so I included him in a photo as partners.

Recipe: Had a 9 to 10 inch statue of her and I always wanted to make her fully poseable and also shorten her to 6 to 6.5 inches so she could fight all my other favorite video game characters in a 6 inch scale. A ton of dremeling and sculpting and painting later and voila. I'm a Ninja, I'm a bloody Ninja! Any base figure that is bare will work to bring her to life.

wiki abbreviated
Kasumi (Japanese: かすみ?, also written as 霞, meaning "mist") is a player character and the lead protagonist in the Dead or Alive fighting game series by Team Ninja and Tecmo (Tecmo Koei).

Kasumi, also known as "the Kunoichi of Destiny", is a teenage female ninja skilled in the Tenjin Mon (天神門?) style of Mugen Tenshin (霧幻天神流?) ninjutsu. Leaving her clan makes her an outcast, pursued by her younger half-sister Ayane. Kasumi has served as the main character of the Dead or Alive franchise since its premiere in 1996 and was the official protagonist in the first two main games in the series. There are also two Dead or Alive boss characters who are clones of her.

Kasumi has become a popular sex symbol in gaming and one of the iconic video game ninja characters

SHAAAWIIIING!!! My god man! You captured her like no one I've ever seen before. Spectacular job! She is absolutely beautiful. What buck did you use? Was it the original from the sculpture? Did you have to paint match the limbs & body to the head or was it close enough already? Did the outfit come from the statue? Also did you just add joints to the limbs or are they all new limbs? Ok 'nuff said.

Best thing to do is to air brush the skin or really thin down your flesh paint and apply multiple extremely light thin coats to get a uniform color. Joints like the shoulder are sculpted in. Shin guards and top robe are from the original bust.

Thanks massprime! I am working on a few other female hero characters. I just keep switching back and forth between customs trying to knock out as many as I can before the year is up.
