Damn, that's pretty awesome concept art. And, you took the design to figure form PERFECTLY! The straps and belts look great. I wish this is what the actual figure looked like. Although, I do have to agree you should make the skin tone paler.
That is really cool. It's a great look, and I've never seen the reference art, but it matches up very nicely. A very impressive work that end up looking really cool. If you really wanna make it Domino though, she should have very pale, almost white skin. Also where she is carrying her holsters under her arms in the reference pic makes no sense. Nobody would carry them there, but it does give you an opportunity to put them on low like that and not hinder the articulation, but you'd need to use some holsters and pistols that are very slim, like on the Cannon Spike Cammy.
Have you ever worn an underarm holster, or looked at real ones? I've gone through 2, and a few of my friends have underarm holsters. "Nobody would carry there" is FAR from a factual statement.
