Severed and combined 2 Hulk heads and a Validus head to create the bi-level head. Sanded off the arm cables. 8 layer paint job of primer, white drybrush, GW brown ink wash (yes, Ink, not wash, but ink wash, the old school stuff), and 5 layers of orange dry brushing to build up that rich orange color. Detail painted the face and nails. Clear matte varnish to finish him off. Head isn't comic accurate. Neither are the arm bands. But I combined two different looks and the arm bands meant I didn't have to sand them off, too.
