Here is one of the versions of Palpatine that hasbro has not revisted since the 2005 release:
I used the hood accessory from that version ("Changes to Darth Sidious" Deluxe figure). I sewed the robe out of some fabric...Underneath that, the base of the body including the head, comes from the "Firing Force Lightning Palpatine," and the arms are from the super-articulated legacy collection palpatine...the hood is glued onto the head to keep it in place, and the sleeves are glued onto the forearms as well.
There was minimal painting here...mostly just the hands as well the front hanging piece from the hood efsdgerggsdrewghtrqehfdggg
