My WIP for this figure can be found in the "Punstarr's WIP" thread located in the Custom Help and Questions section.
Basically I started with an X23, sculpted hair, calves, boots, gloves, sleeves, a shirt, a belt and her shorts from Apoxie. Her jacket is from an X-Men Gambit, trimmed and sewn to fit, with Apoxie sculpted in on the back to fill in the gaps by the arms. The shades were made from a pair of glasses given to me by Pendragon, and I sculpted Apoxy onto them to give Jubes her signature shades. Hand painted every last detail and viola! My absolute favorite character. :)

By the way, your webpage doesn't seem to be working.
tho your jubilee look good, I thinnk it's the hair ang glasses.
you might wanna dry brush a much more vibrant blue and red color for the shirt and shorts.
just a suggestion.
don't get me wrong, man, this is a fantastic piece.
