DC 52 Red Hood
If you know me you know im a big Jason Todd fan. I enjoy his character & journey as a outlaw. He is determined to prove he is a better "batman" then his former mentor.
I took me a while to plan out how I was going to make this custom come to life. Picking which pieces would work best, starting with the base body. Ive seen a lot of great versions but I wanted mine to fall in line with DC 52 line up so I used DC Collectibles Batman (the irony uh) I then thought about accessories & thought of using Marvel legends Xorn jacket & arms but the sizing was off so I improvised & sanded the arms a bit & molded the sleeves using the same original base body arms. I used DC Universe Superboy jacket as I wanted the batman symbol to show & stand out. He wants to prove he's the better bat right? The belt I used from Batman Begins & leg straps I used from Young Justice Red Arrow. As for the helmet I used a bullseye head & molded it flat around. I doubt DC Collectibles will be releasing one this year so I thought I'd speed up the process and add one myself..
