so this is kinda a arkham city/the batman cartoon style mr. freeze. so i just painted a master chief action figure with a dark blueish gray acrylic paint,then sculpted a head and glued it on, and then i used hot glue on him for the ice, then i used snow spray to make a frosty look. thats about it enjoy! -slycooper313

Welcome to the realm. The paint looks nice on this figure, and the snow spray for frost was a good idea. But, your work sculpting the head was made pointless because of all the hot glue piled onto him. You can't make out any details, at all. I think the figure would have really benefited more from a clear dome.
