Keeping my theme of crazy costumes and unique Batman villains, here is my version of the color obsessed criminal CRAZY QUILT! He has such a unique costume I thought he would be fun to tackle and he was recently seen on the brave and the bold cartoon. He is a Black Manta base, and from the fodder bin a helmet from X-men Classics Mangeto and head from Marvel Legends Hulkbuster Armor Iron Man.
