EU Expanded Universe Clone Emperor in a 6 inch 1:12th Scale from the Star Wars galaxy.
Used a Prior as a base. Built a lightsaber and force lightning and added the cape and hood which are removable. The Lightsaber, which qualifies this for the contest, detaches from the hilt. First read about him from the Timothy Zahn Expanded Universe Novels. The Galactic Empire Remnants after the fall of the empire and the death of Darth Vader, by the hands of Luke Skywalker, used the dna of the Emperor to create a clone of him. The only problem was he was mentally insane and unstable.
