Certain characters you do not see a lot of on the realm and this is one of them. Spellbinder is another old school Batman villain who can create illusions to trick his foes. His costume is very very over the top and complicated, but I figured let me go for it. The body is a generic DCUC buck, Marvel Legends Daredevil head. The rest is a lot of paint and patience. I wanted to do decals for some of it but changed my mind. Hope you like him!
