Used the coat for my thunderstrike so I used the leftovers to make this. Took a US agent head, sculpted over the mean lines and frown, sculpted a bigger chest and shoulders to match my steve rogers, faceoff cap belt.
Tried a light blue that turned out too light so a heavy wash without a wipe fixed that. Model master insignia red is a close match to the red used, darkened it a little for a wash on the gloves and boots. Almost saved the stripes but I bumped it with the dremel, yay more work.
