June Covington, better known as Toxie Doxie, was a geneticist serial killer. She used poisons and genetic manipulation to achieve her goals. June was recruited by Norman Osborn to be his Dark Scarlet Witch in the second formation of the Dark Avengers.
Ol' Doxie here is just a repainted Scarlet Witch. Not much else to say, really.
