It feels like it's been ages since I've updated this blog. I'm glad to finally be back and settled for the most part so I can work on some more action figures. I've been a big of Jason Aaron's Wolverine and the X-men title. I also really like Rachel Summers' new costume design. Rachel was made using a Madame Hydra body, an X-men 3 movie Jean Grey arms, and a Rachel Summers Marvel Girl head (head cast from CamkoKid Castings).

Nice work! Did you sculpt the shoulder armor or is that fodder from somewhere else? I had a hell of a time trying to make mine look right but yours looks great either way.

Thanks! Yeah I sculpted the shoulder armor.

That's a cool look, and a very nice custom. You did a great job on painting the head. You could fix up the back of that jacket by sculpting over it, but overall it looks great.

Thanks! Great idea on sculpting the back. It would have held a lot better than super glue too.

Very cool, definitely a fan of her costume from WATX. What jacket did you use?

Thanks! I used an Ultimate Nick Fury trench coat. Had to cut the middle section out and glue the halves together so it would fit her better.
