Victoria hand is one of those custom recipes I've seen quite a few times... so I am not sure who gets the credit for coming up with the idea.

She is a simple recipe. DCUC Zatanna with a vinyl skirt, vest painted white and red streak added to the hair. The glasses are from a pre-DCUC Clark Kent figure.

looks very nice, just curious, where is the seam to the skirt, on the right or the left( where the vinyl overlapped), and obviously u cut the back of the jacket also? sorry don't collect dcuc, so just going off pictures
