Seifer has been based on Sephiroth Play Arts figure. I completely re sculpted the head adding the details of his hair. I sculpted his shirt and trousers added some details to the coat and re painted the rest.
while the gun blade remains one of the stupidest fictional weapons of all time (though its still beat out by those ridiculous things Klingons use), this is an awesome custom. Really top notch work.
