This was a project that was actually created by a customizer who goes by "Dark Horse" - he sent me the Shockwave pieces to cast and make kits of. Basically, he wanted a more appropriate driver for the SDCC exclusive HISSTank from last year, so he came up with creating a GI Joe sized Shockwave.
