And yet another figure featuring the She-Hulk base. Did I mention how excited I was for the release of that figure? lol This was a figure I was asked to make. I was nervous at first, considering I'm not exactly an exceptional pro at sculpting, but I didn't want to turn down the challenge. So, I set to work and following one issue after another, finally completed her. Just in time to pose with Thundra, too. So, if you look up Dravenheart Designs on Facebook you'll find more pictures of her, even posed with Thor and the rest of the Lady Liberators. I wanted to do her in her classic look, as opposed to the one she sports in New Avengers. I couldn't find a way to properly pull off the braids, so I followed the pattern used in her Marvel legends figure instead, splicing hair to get the right look. The most agonizing portion was sculpting the straps on her legs. Then trying to paint them accurately. I wanted an accurate lookiing sheath, so I attached the one from Taskmaster, but gave her a larger sword, more befitting of the character. The rest was mostly repetitive detail work. Whew.
