I used Batman Sky Dive figure as I had it spare.

First I removed the head from Bruce Wayne figure and re-sculpted his chin and hair, I added that to Batman figure. I cut off one of his fists and glued it on as he is holing it in his pocket. Sculpted trousers, coat, shoes and the small details of his shirt/buttons. I re painted the whole thing and sprayed with varnish.
