Expatriate Custom Action Figure

I stumbled across this design and thought it wasn't bad, but didn't think too much on making it initially. Then I found out it was an identity that Steve Rogers went by for a brief while in the 90s. Then, I had to make it. Apparently, Cap was exiled to the UK for a little while and took up a new identity there. Started calling himself the Expatriate and even took up a plasma shield to replace his traditional one. The Iron Fist head fit better on the Red Guardian body than any of my other options, so I chose him as my base. I cut off the hair and the rest was pretty much a simple repaint.
