Jack Staff Custom Action Figure

I didn't know this character even existed until the Cancelled Figures contest. After that I read his series and ended up really liking him enough to give him some good ole custom loving.

I used a Mr. Fantastic figure for the base and swapped in hands from a Madman figure. Then I built up the neck and mounted on a Union Jack head. At this point I made the flag design on the costume using flat black cord and did a double check on the articulation to ensure that the cord didn't interfere with any of the movement.

Using more of the cord I made his belt and used some fodder bits and a pen tube to make all the parts of the belt. Then using Aves, I sculpted the ribbed boot cuffs and the lacing onto the boots. I forget where the staff came from. I think it's a cut down polearm, but I don't recall.
