well, this is a Keown/Frank, well totally 90's inspired Hulk
You know, when the green goliath was super bulk and veiny and started being embarrassed to wear purple pants
it's super based on a sculpt you can easily find if you search :)
anyway, totally sculpted over(hmmm, not the hands XD) and with flexible pants (i'm quite proud of my EVA technique)

That re-sculpt takes this figure from just ok to freaking awesome. I love the changes you made, and the head sculpt looks exactly like Dale Keown would have drawn it. Awesome.
