This is a really cool looking custom. But, I also have no idea who he is or what he is from. I can't find anything in Google.

Edit: So, apparently, he is from the "X-Treme X-Men" to battle 10 evil Xaviers in the multiverse one of which is a Cthulu tentacle-brain Xavier...must have missed that one, lol.
