well staying with the theme of crazy costumes and really enjoying giving my paints a workout, here is yet another time obsessed villain who goes by the name Chronos. He has taken on The Atom on many an occasion. I saw a custom on the web over at deviant art somewhere and really liked the formula because it uses an Hour-man cape(which is already yellow) and a Mr Miracle head. I glued ears on since the costume usually had ears peaking out. The rest is just a nice bright paint job(comic accurate which is scary). Those bad guys in the 60s and 70s wanted to be seen no matter what!
