When I first saw this character, I truthfully believed he was a villain. He just looks very villain-like to me. So, I put aside the Daredevil head I was planning on using and went for the more sinister Bullseye. Of course, Bullseye's body was also all I had on hand, so I proceeded into that painstaking task of trying to apply white to a black base. Surprisingly, it went a bit smoother than some of my other endeavors with white. Some sculpt over the face, and then the red lines on his chest and he was all finished up. At that point, I finally got a chance to do some reading on him. Not only is he a superhero, but he's also a mutant. And British. And registered. He has the power to increase or decrease his size, which explains his name. He worked for the British government for a while, teaming up with Excalibur quite a few times in the process. After he quit and came to America he teamed up with both X-Force and Avengers, helping the later take on Kang at one point. He was seen as a registered hero, but most recently was working with the vigilante team, the Vanguard.
