Seeing as how my messenger angels are not all that well liked, I decided to put these two together as one submission.
Today I have Badchen which is Hebrew for jester, or comedian.
For this figure I took a DCD Elongated Man and did a repaint.
With the addition of some feather ornament wings, and he was done.

The next messenger is Qalal, Which is Hebrew for swift.
For this figure, I took a DCUC Beast Boy, and gave him a more middle-eastern looking paint job.
I left the hair on the arms and dry brushed black to bring out the hair.
Then he also received a pair of feather ornament wings.

It opens the door to other potential angel customs in the future.

I've been meaning to ask...what software are you using to superimpose your angel customs unto the cloud background? Is it some type of 'green screen' technique? I love the effect you're able to achieve.

I use Photoshop. I just cut them off of the black background, unless it is the feather winged angels. Then I take an extra picture of them on a white background so the black does not show through the wings.
