Pretty much I took the head from a McFarlane Curse of the Spawn figure and made the hole for the neck, then I changed the hands and added the skull belt buckle and the band on his left arm. I put a couple red dry brush coats on the head and repainted the whole figure darker,.I think it's semi-gloss on the pants with a matte finish and a flat grey for the shirt. I agree with JonMichel, the figure is very sinister and awsome, I LOVE the head, but the hands don't look right. But I do love that head, (Sorry I had to say it again) He reminds me on universe X Red Skull, very dark. Good Job!

and also I see you have the right arm-band,were you trying to go for Nazi Red Skull?

Thanks so much, your right the hands don't really go but I wanted to try something new, anyway I've already changed the hands. I was going for the new Uncanny Avengers Red Skull, that why I added the arm band, I made this before the issues came out, now that I have issue #3 with Red Skull on the cover I think I'll make some changes.

I made this head with an exacto knife before I got a rotary tool, it wasn't easy. But it's worth it when other people think your art and hard work is cool, thanks.

I like the head, it's a cool kinda raw-muscle-skull look. The belt buckle even fits, because it's a skull. But, I don't think the hands go with the figure or the character at all. Having monster-like bone armour doesn't fit with the normal clothing, maybe if he had more of the bone-armour motif worked into the overall costume.

I'm glad you think the head is cool, I thought it was a good idea. The hands,.. I wanted to try something new, that's why the picture is the way it is on the third shot. I was going for this shadowy figure that nightmares are made of. A cloned Nazi Red Skull awaking with a stolen Pro.X's brain. I changed the hands already and I think I'll make some other changes then I'll repost, thanks.

Thanks, I was going for the most horrific feel of the character. In the Uncanny Avengers Red Skull has been cloned and awaking thinking it's right after WWII, then he steals Professor X's brain...I just got issue #3 with him on the cover so I think I might change some things up and repost.
