This Wolverine from the Silver Samurai Greatest Battle 2-Pack was just screaming to be transformed into a AoA Weapon-X. This has been done before but I wanted to have my try on it.
So I dug in my collection and re-read the Weapon X AoA comics (lovely art by Adam Kubert) to be as accurate as I could.
Painted right glove, sculpted left forearm, sculpted hair, some red stripes, painted belt et voilà...
The belt's color was a dilemma as it's red on the first issue cover and in several pinups but yellow in most of the interior art...
As many customs have already been withe a red belt, I went with the yellow (a color that is still a pain for me to work out).
