Kinda Hard to do a perfect replica since he has only appeared in one issue (Batman Detective Comics #16) but Im really liking the Story Lines with all the Joker Cults , MerryMaker being the Leader of "The League of Smiles" seems sure to give ol Bats a fit.

An incredibly sharp custom. I'm not familiar with the character, but the "plague doctor mask" is a brilliant look for a villain.
