I remember that music video (it would be cool if you made a Dr. Dre to go with him) and you've done a great job of bringing Marshall to life in that get-up. I think your first two entry photos are a bit too dark; using a lighter background that contrasts strongly with the dark costume/cape (like you did in the final shot) and/or using a brighter light source, would showcase your work better.
