Dr Simon Hurt was the premier villain from Morrison's run on Batman a few years back--a bad guy so incredibly evil that many people thought he might have been the devil himself! The figure was made using:
- Wesley "waiting in the wings" figure from the Angel line--perfect for all your men in tuxes. I painted the hands to make them look like gloves
- the head is a DCD E2 Robin from the Crisis on Infinite Earths line. I painted the hair and sculpted a few extra strands
- the mask was cut out of magnetic printer paper and painted (it was thicker than regular paper and could be shaped into a mask easier than Sculpey
- the cape is from a DCD Batgirl (Cassandra Cain)
