Red Hood is probably one of the more popular characters to make customs of these days, and there are so many great Red Hoods on the realm that while I couldn't possibly compete, I got inspired to try and do a new version - especially given how crummy my first try turned out. Nuffsaid used a Mattel Young Justice Batman base body, and I decided to follow suit. ACCustomFigures used a Movie Masters Batman head, and I thought it had a great effect so I tried to emulate it, shaving off the ears/horns and sculpting over the mouth portion. I didn't have any suitable jackets in the fodder bin, but EmeraldArcher's idea to use a jacket from an Avatar Movie Masters Miles Quaritch figure turned out to work okay for my custom too. The holster is from an RE 5 Sheva Alomar, and the strap is from a Batman and Son Ninja Man-Bat. I sculpted the sleeves, the trousers above the boots, and the pads on his boots and hands. The pistol was also from Sheva, with the larger gun from a Toys R Us budget figure. I hope it came together okay in the end!
