Straight from the 90's cartoon "Biker Mice From Mars" comes Dr. Karbunkle's minion and my favorite cartoon sidekick ever: Fred the Mutant!

Fred has a happy lot in life; he thrills at the thought of receiving pain. He's the subject of many of Dr. Karbunkle's testings and an abundance of physical abuse by Lawrence Limburger.

I thought that a little maniac like Fred would be a fan of Evil-Eye Weevil (a recurring villain from the show) so I gave him an Evil-Eye Weevil novelty-wig. The slimey base is a nod to the pack-in figure that came with the Transporter & Secret Lab playset.

Fred was sculpted from scratch and painted with various model-paints. Thanks for looking and voting!
