I've wanted to make this figure ever since I first saw Super. I loved the character of Frank and his alter ego The Crimson Bolt. I couldn't decide which head to go with so I made them interchangeable. I took a Magneto figure from the X-men movie because of the lever on the back. I took off his head and hands then I placed a magnet at the top so I could switch heads. I sculpted the heads from scratch, one mask on, one off. I then sculpted the gloved hands. I decided to make the most of Magneto's back lever. When you pull it down Frank tosses his pipe bombs or bashes a skull in with the wrench. All three accessories were also hand sculpted from scratch. After the pieces were set and sealed I hand painted him and took the photos. I hope other fans of Super enjoy him!
