Used a Dr Octopus base, head is from Longshot. Used repair putty to build up the head and then Green Stuff to finish. The flippers are from a Toys R Us military figure. The back power pack is from Pyro. I used the spring from a clicky pen to make the foot springs. Tamiya and Testors for the paints and Dullcote to seal.
