I came across my old custom Metallo figure when I was going thru my boxes. I was really happy with the way the original one came out but felt that it needed an update to a much more larger and articulated figure. And since I had a nanosuit figure available, I went ahead and did just that.
Head: Superman Returns Metallo
Hands: SMR Metallo
Base: Nanosuit
Everything else came from terminator figure and kryptonite gas plumes were tops of missiles
A lot of cutting/drilling and pasting went into this guy followed by cleaning him up. Then a detailed paint job to tie it all up. I figure this would be a decent version for a movie or even the comic books really considering how detailed costumes and what not are getting.
