Found this guy in the same box as Storm and Phoenix, but I did him in 2009 as well. Went with just a lot of different paint effects to try to get him to look like he did in the final scenes of X-men 3 when he was all iced up. Dunno if I'd do much different now, but I did think he looked awesome.
He changed into a generic costume in X-men 3. I think in X2 you briefly catch him in his personalized costume (that the X2 figure was in), but the generic costume was basically Cyclops so I did a head transplant.
