hello. continuing on with my batman villains series. i present "tweedledumb" inspired by the Alice in wonderland movie i wanted to make a henchman for the madhatter. made from a penguin figure.
i'am also introducing a different comic style layout for all my customs. Hope you all like it thanks for looking and God bless.

Head: original head sculpt(epoxy)
Body: batman animated series penguin
Hands: old soldier toys
Shoes/socks/shorts: sculpted
Suspenders: rubber strips

RPG and Ammos: scratch built( pen, balloon stick,ink tube,pen head,old toy parts, some rubber strips)

He looks creepy and very well done! The craftsmanship is amazing, just putting that rocket launcher together is quite the feat! The finished product doesn't look like it was assembled out of the fodder parts you describe at all, really good work!
