A few months ago I went through a period where I was making a few characters from the old Guardians of the Galaxy comics. Going through the issues I came across Powderkeg and always wanted to give him a shot. But, the Gladiator body just seemed too small, while Hulk seemed too big. Once I heard about Hercules being released I realized he was perfect. So, I finally managed to pick one up and started immediately. Sanded down the forearms and lower legs, dremeled out the legs, then started to repainting. Once I got past getting him all smoothed out, it was rather simple. Really wishing the Captain Marvel head fit though. Would have been a much better match. Powderkeg is a pretty generic villain, but I did think it was cool that he could sweat a type of nitroglyerin that would detonate upon impact, giving more power to his punches. Outside of that, I wanted to make him since he was one of the few characters that stood out to me in Doctor Octopus' Masters Of Evil that did battle with the Guardians during the Infinity War.
