I kept the recipe pretty much the same and Used a Wade Wilson head for that creepy psycho grin. I did the bare midrift and sculpted all of the bones on her elbows, knees, wrists and abdomen. The bones in her thighs and back are removable. I also did the hair a little more manga style to keep the female look.
