Originally got this idea a while ago after seeing a version of this in Superman Batman and seeing Ghostdog repaint the original scuba Batman, I decided to give a crack at it. The Belt is magic sculpt with parts of the belt from the Scuba Batman along with the underwater pack repainted. The green for the two logos are suppose to be glow in the dark but I could not get them to show up in pictures.

I guess it's all the jaggy things on him but I like this custom, every hero needs a scuba suit after all :P
