Heres the Other half of the Penny Arcade Duo, Base figure is from the Simpson line Mr Burns Lawyer guy.I used Fixit sculpt and Game Workshop pants. I am much happier about this figure then the Other one , but thats how you learn and there presents so I "know" there going to love them. Please Comment again need all the help I can get. Thanks All
