Basically i needed a new villain for my buddy's new superhero character and Steve Austin fit. I painted him a flat grey and highlighted his muscles with lighter grey, switched his hands with Skullsplitter from Spawn the Viking Age, gave him a white goatee, hat, trenchcoat, staff of power, and a book. The book is made from cardboard with leather glued on to give it a binding, real pieces of paper inside and chained to his belt. Voila! A new guy to harass my buddy's campaign with.
