I desccribe cosmic WITCH HUNTER as a cyborg witch of alien-cyborg origin. He has the ability to travel universe and time. His mission is to search and get the most powerful warriors whether cyborg or aliens of all times and any part of the universe and sell them to a universal fight arena. He may look weak but he has the ability mimic his aggressors an lure them to his spell and his staf possess a COSMIC draining mechanism which he uses in capturing his commodities...his only weakness is if you will find his physical brain and destroy them but its located somewhere in he universe...As it is. It is, details are very hard and intricate which took me 2 days finishing..
